The US Constitution was a significant accomplishment and a positive influence on our American experiment that is still being conducted today. This is the idea that the people can be trusted to govern themselves through election of representatives in a constitutional republic where the government is kept on a leash, and not allowed to stray too far in any direction. I believe this is a document that was drafted in the presence of divine inspiration. America was a game changer with the proposal that the government would not be running the show from the top down as it had in every other civilization in human history. This idea of self-governance was a radical idea that many believed was doomed to fail. As great as it was for all humanity, the general theme is very simple. Here, I am going to lay out the purpose, and the meaning of a few key components of our founding document. Constitutional government is not hard to understand but it is very difficult to make sense out of it when it is being twisted with lies, propaganda, and opportunistic attempts to make the constitution something that it is not.
First of all, the US Constitution does not impose any regulation or restrictions on the citizenry. The only restrictions found within are on the government. Somehow we have a large portion of the country that believes the constitution gives government the right to revoke God given rights of the people, in order to create new rights arbitrarily and use them as talking points to win elections. We have to remember the mindset of the founding fathers. They came up with these boundaries for government to operate inside of, because at the time, they were being ruled by a ruthless King George III from across the pond and they wanted to live their lives, have successes, and failures of their own without being subject to a King’s decree that did not have their best interests in mind. The founding fathers knew exactly what needed to change in order for them to prosper as a society, and the crown was not something that was helping them in this attempt to carve out their own path. They recognized that governments fail because, as the historian, politician, and writer Lord Acton once said, "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men."
Let me now clear up some things that seem to be distorted by the media, and our so called, elected officials. First of all, the authority that the federal government has is extremely limited. Article I Section 8, lists the only things that the congress is allowed do constitutionally. Some of these things they delegate to the alphabet soup agencies, which is expressly unconstitutional. They have also decided to take it up themselves to usurp authority that is not given to them in Article I Section 8. One example of something that they have delegated, is the borrowing of money on the credit of the United States and furthermore setting US monetary policy. They have dumped this on the Federal Reserve. If you don’t know what a disaster the Federal Reserve is, then check out “The Creature From Jekyll Island” by G. Edward Griffin. Another example is the declaration of war which they seem to just allow the President to do at will. Usurpation of authority includes, the idea that they have the legal standing to ban anything, i.e. drugs, guns, or the like. Congress can regulate interstate commerce via the commerce clause, but regulation does not equal prohibition.
If it is not listed in Article I Section 8, then congress must be hands off, but as we know, they are not recognizing their legal limitations. This brings us to the 10th amendment and the concept of federalism in the form of states’ rights. The 10th amendment is clear, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” The recent Dobbs case ruling that reversed Roe v Wade, was a great illustration of federalism applied in the practice of constitutionally appropriate jurisprudence and the right of the states to govern according to their own sovereign interests.
So, a lefty might say that we have the supremacy clause, Article VI, Clause 2, which declares that federal law always supersedes state law. This is a lie with a little bit of truth, and another way that the lefties try and muddy the constitutional waters to keep people confused. Article VI, Clause 2 reads, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State” shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. The key words here are “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof”. This means that constitutional laws that are implemented by constitutional means supersede state law. It does not mean that congress can impose anything on the country if it passes through the legislative process. The states, under their sovereign authority established with the 10 amendment, can nullify such legislation. Precedent was set for this state right of nullification in the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions (1799), which were a response to the unconstitutionality of the federal laws known as the Alien and Sedition Acts. Nullification is also referenced by James Madison in Federalist # 46. This is the nuance that I commonly speak of in my writing, and it is this absence of nuance that currently puts all Americans in the crosshairs of tyranny. Those on the left just fail to realize that this tyranny will eventually consume them too.
Notice that the media (aka, enemy of the people) and the scumbag politicians will scream “states’ rights” when Trump is in the White House, attempting to give immunity to their godless ideology, while they seek to impose unconstitutional state laws on the people in blue states. While on the flip side, using the recognition of the supremacy clause to justify extra-constitutional federal action when they have the likes of Obama or Biden running the show. In other words, using the law when it’s convenient, and tossing it if doesn’t serve them and when it doesn’t fit their narrative.
I hope that this has cleared some things up for some of you and expose much of the hypocrisy that comes out of DC and the media talking heads. Get on this and educate yourselves further, so that the current PsyOp that these crooks in DC are running, loses its effectiveness on your mind. Propaganda only works on an uninformed mind. Information is a powerful weapon but it is not as destructive on a population that is informed with the facts. We are in an information war but you can only be a victim in this war if you allow yourself to be. There is no knowledge that is not power.
