The Schizophrenic State of Modern America Part I
How DC elite's divisive politics and fear tactics are a ticking societal time bomb.
How many times have we heard someone accuse political opponents of being “mentally ill”? This tends to be the go-to narrative when trying to delegitimize political opposition. The leftists made these assertions during the Trump Presidency, and the same is being said about Joe Biden. Is either argument, correct? Is there evidence of mental illness on either side, or both sides of the aisle? We are seeing an authoritarian state unfold before our eyes. Biden is perpetrating dictatorial tactics that Trump was accused of, but did not actually carry out. Trump doesn’t play by DC authoritarian rules, and it is for this reason why he is seen as a threat to the establishment and the business as usual, mentality that has gripped DC politics for decades. The weaponization of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has set a dangerous precedent. This precedent began during the Obama Administration but at that time the target seemed to be conservatives in general. Now, under Biden, political rivals are attacked and intimidated by Federal law enforcement, as a two-tier justice system is solidified, speech is restricted, 2nd amendment is under fire, and the term liberty is being reduced to a bumper sticker slogan to slap on the back of your car, while the true meaning is lost.
Schizophrenia is a disorder that affects roughly 1% of the US population. Symptoms include; delusions, hallucinations, trouble with thinking and concentration, and lack of motivation. Do those symptoms sound familiar? Do they not sound like characteristics of modern day wokesters? Unfortunately, the delusional leftists are not the only ones suffering from this type of mental state. The state media that pushes the daily propaganda has made it almost impossible for people to decipher fact from fiction, as they report blatant falsehoods, while omitting stories that go against the narrative. Michael Green is a Neuroscientist and professor of psychiatry and biobehavioral sciences at UCLA. (Hopper, 2017) Green has always reveled in the mystery and complexity of the human brain and has a special interest in schizophrenic patients, and what makes them behave in the way that they do. One of the things that Dr. Green does in his research, is that he takes the behavior of schizophrenic behavior and then contrasts that with that of, what they call normal brain function. In one of Green’s lectures from 2017, he states, “For example, there’s a system involved when we can feel other people’s pain. When we see someone in distress there’s an automatic reaction where we feel connected. That’s part of empathy. That’s an area that seems to be working just fine in our schizophrenia patients,” Green continued. “But there’s another part of empathy where I take your perspective, or imagine myself in your situation. Our patients have a lot of trouble with that.” (Hopper, 2017)
Again, does this sound like something that we have all encountered recently. The political division in this country seems to have conditioned people to only see things from one perspective. Both sides of the political spectrum have become intolerant of views that are not their own, and this has put people into social camps or tribes. Postmodernism has multiplied this tendency as the creation of a wide array of identity groups, with conflict between some groups, and others claiming allies as they call out what they view as oppression. The Neo-Marxist movement has muddied the political waters and made it difficult for some to recognize what is. The media, government, and the corporate machine that has aligned with the federal bureaucracy has psychologically damaged to the point of a legit mental illness that seems to resemble some form of schizophrenia. The social isolation that is evident in patients with schizophrenia and that of a large group of Americans today have eerie similarities, and the effects of the massive government psy-op are becoming evident. There are so many isolating now, working remotely either by choice or forced by employer. This lack of contact with others causes an individual to become lonely as human contact becomes rare or absent all together. COVID really solidified this isolation mentality and offered a great pretext to sell it to the public with little opposition. “Conscious and unconscious fantasy life begins to become dominant over alert confrontation of reality. In the end his weird fantasies become more real for the schizophrenic than the actual world” (Meerloo, 1956) This can be seen today as everyone from the average person all the way up to respected scientists, have acknowledged the idea that men can have babies, that gender is fluid, and that a baby hours from being born in the womb is a clump of cells. This delusion has been made the norm and is recognized by once great institutions from government to academia, and that is what frightens the heck out of me. Let me make clear, I am not trying to make light of Schizophrenia here. I am trying to she some light on the idea that government psy-ops are promoting behavior that is indicative of mental illness, and the danger that this poses to the union. This is effectively a ticking societal time bomb.
