Transgender Day of Visibility Exposes Biden and His Alleged Catholic Faith
Biden's claims of faith under fire as his trans agenda is utilized to cancel Christ
I have heard so many Biden handlers in the last few days, draw attention to the President’s faith. The administration has gone out of its way to remind people that Biden is a “devout Catholic” amid the recent controversy over “transgender visibility day”. KJP, Biden’s press secretary, was twisting herself into a pretzel attempting to blow off suggestions by critics, that Biden took the “Christian” out of Easter while promoting the abomination that is transgenderism. She could do nothing but continue to assert that Biden is a devout Catholic. This urgent need to shed a positive light on Joe Biden by professing strong faith, is telling.
Deuteronomy 22:5 “The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment; for all who do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.
Aside from Biden’s declaration of celebrating transgenderism on Resurrection Day, it was also announced that religious symbolism would not be allowed at the White House Easter Egg Roll. This just adds to the argument that the administration is taking Christ out of Easter to put an emphasis on Transgenderism.
How is Biden responding to these accusations? Well, by reminding everyone of his catholic pedigree of course. Here is where I have a problem. Jesus exposed the Pharisees when he called them out for their outward display of faith when in public, while not practicing what they teach others when in private. If you are a man or woman of faith, your faith is shown in how you treat others, and how you show others the love of Christ. Faith is found in your actions, not your words. Only God knows your heart and he knows if you are sincere in your words. Someone that proclaims their faith out loud and in public to draw attention, generally has an ulterior motive. If you have a relationship with God, the perception of other people is irrelevant. This makes the “look at me, I’m Catholic” defense seem disingenuous at best, outright deceptive at worst. I am not saying that Joe Biden is not a Christian in his own mind, or that he does not hold Christian principles dear. His faith is between him and the almighty, and it is not my place to judge his sincerity. I’m just calling what I see and using scripture here to interpret the President’s current behavior.
Matthew 23:1-7 Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. So, you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. “Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteries[a] wide and the tassels on their garments long; they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; they love to be greeted with respect in the marketplaces and to be called ‘Rabbi’ by others.
The Biden administration has also criticized Donald Trump for not going to church on Easter Sunday. Trump did not publicly attend church services, but that does not mean that he did not go to church. It means that he is not flaunting his faith or using it as a tool to convince people that he is a man of faith. Trump acts on his faith with action, not words, and not by publicly walking into a church for all to see nationally on cable news. Trump chose not to broadcast his expression of faith. That faith is a relationship with God and expression of that faith in solitude is preferred. This assertion is biblically sound:
Matthew 6:6-7 But when you pray, go into your most private room, close the door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees [what is done] in secret will reward you. “And when you pray, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
We must stay vigilant as we observe our elected officials, by watching what they do, not what they say or claim.
